Location: St. Cloud
Lakewood Health System—Main Campus in Staples, MN—seeks an Outpatient / PACU RN Case Manager to blend case management with hands-on nursing care in a fast-paced surgical environment. The role focuses on pre-procedure coordination, admission, recovery, discharge, and aftercare, with emphasis on patient-centered coordination and safety.
The ideal candidate holds an active Minnesota RN license, CPR, ACLS and PALS (or plans to obtain within 6 months).
