In this role, you will conduct comprehensive functional health assessments encompassing physical, psychological, cultural, and social factors. Using your clinical expertise, you will identify patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluate outcomes, and provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care that supports healing and recovery.

• Part‑time | 40 hours every two weeks
• Evenings | 3:00 – 11:30 pm | Every third weekend (Friday‑Sunday) | Rotating holidays
• This position will work in both the Adult and Adolescent Mental Health Units as well as the EmPATH Unit

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelor’s in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Master’s in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
  • Pay range: $42.86 – $71.51 per hour

• Graduate from a nursing program required;
  Bachelor’s or Master’s in nursing preferred.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing must be obtained within three years of hire.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Minnesota required.
• Previous experience in mental health nursing and American Nurses Association (ANA) Psychiatric – Mental Health Certification preferred.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (NCI) initial and ongoing training required and provided.

To be eligible for the hiring and relocation bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full or part‑time benefited position. Previous employees qualify if they have not worked for Centra Care for at least nine months at the date of hire. To be eligible for the relocation bonus, you must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud
