Summary
Centra Care is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team working with our Feeding and Eating Team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be a member of our collaborative team of Physicians, Providers, Registered Dietitians, psychologists, pharmacists and Nurses working to provide patient and family-centered care throughout the practice.
Schedule- Part-Time, 0.25 FTE
- Monday
- Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm - No weekends, nights, or Holidays
- Salary range: $ - $ per year
- Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
- Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE; reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
- May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card
- Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges
- Must be licensed and willing to see patients of all ages
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working independently with your own patient panel in one of the following areas:
- Family Practice
- Eating disorders
- Pediatrics
- Progressive and comprehensive Eating Disorders department that provides out-patient care.
- Focus on treating, helping, and impacting the whole person
- Multidisciplinary approach to feeding and eating disorders designed to meet a person’s specific needs and achieve the best long-term outcomes.
- Collaborative team of physicians, advanced practice providers, occupational therapy, dietitians, and behavioral health.
