Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, benefits eligible. Work schedule includes varying shifts with occasional weekend and holiday rotations.

Shifts Available:

• Days: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Part-Time)
• Nights (NOC): 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Part-Time or Full-Time)

Wage Range: $22.60 – $24.96 / hour depending on experience.

Shift Differential: $2 / hour for Evenings, $3 / hour for Nights.

Bonus: Part-Time: $2,500;
Full-Time: $5,000.

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse, and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe residents and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as changes in attitude, reaction, and appetite to the supervisor.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• Must be on the MN Registry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work a consistent work schedule.
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
