To perform ice maintenance and day-to-day operational tasks at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center (HBNHC). To oversee ice surfaces, maintain field of play, operate ice-related equipment, assist with custodial services, and keep scheduled activities on time. To supervise and assist with the training of student staff such as Facility Managers, Facility Supervisors, Game Operations, Pro Shop, Rink Attendants, and Event Staff.

To maintain customer service standards providing a clean, safe, and friendly environment for end users.

Minimum Qualifications

• 6 month experience working in ice arena operations
• Basic customer service skills
• Basic experience with ice rink specific equipment operation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
