• Administer medications and monitor vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation in medical records.
• Evaluate medical complaints and concerns from residents, effectively communicating with Nurse Practitioners and physicians.
• Develop and implement treatment plans, providing direct care and nursing services as prescribed.
• Monitor chronic health conditions, respiratory distress, and seizures, ensuring timely interventions.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records and logs, adhering to all mandated reporting and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with BHS regarding medication management and refills.
• Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, contributing your expertise to enhance patient care.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a nursing degree.
• Licensure:
  Current RN licensure with the Minnesota State Board of Nursing is a must.
• Experience:
  
  Ideally, you bring previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with adolescents and/or young adults.

• Pay range for this position is $37 to $53 depending on education and experience.
