Assist with the day to day activities of a custom dairy heifer boarding facility. Our facility boards high-genetic animals on site for the purpose of embryo production. This position would assist the farm manager and herdsman with completing daily chores. This includes but is not limited to:
- maintaining clean pens and feed areas
- feeding grain and hay
- pressure washing and sanitization of animal housing and embryo production rooms
- facilities maintenance and upkeep
- maintaining clean facilities and grounds
The majority of the available hours are over weekends with some weekday hours available.
- valid drivers license with reliable transportation
- weekend availability (most hours available are weekend hours)
- comfortable working around large dairy cattle
