About the OpportunityDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Quality Manager for a manufacturing company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you’ll lead quality systems and continuous improvement efforts while ensuring products meet internal and customer standards. If you enjoy leading teams, improving processes, and working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do as a Quality Manager- Lead quality practices and drive operational performance improvements
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), including ISO standards
- Monitor, measure, and report on internal and external quality performance metrics
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and cross‑functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Develop and maintain process requirements, documentation, and corrective actions
- Support product launches and production processes through APQP and quality planning
- Train employees and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years of quality management experience in manufacturing
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or similar quality standards
- Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action processes
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Reliable transportation to St. Cloud, MN
