Location: St. Cloud

Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and maintain technical manuals, job cards, and maintenance documentation to ensure accuracy, usability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Translate OEM data, engineering inputs, and maintenance requirements into clear, actionable instructions for frontline execution.
  • Ensure all technical publications align with FAA regulations (Part 121/135/145) and internal quality standards.
  • Apply strong critical thinking to identify gaps in documentation, processes, and execution—driving practical solutions that improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Flex across multiple functional areas based on business needs, including Operational Excellence, Technical Services, Technical Consulting.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with maintenance, engineering, planning, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and execution.
  • Support quality assurance and compliance efforts, including audits, inspections, and root cause analysis.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized processes, templates, and best practices across technical documentation and operations.
Requirements
  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–10 years of aviation maintenance experience in a commercial, MRO, or OEM environment.
  • Demonstrated progression into roles such as Technical Publications, Maintenance Planning / Production Control, Quality Assurance / Quality Control.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft systems, maintenance programs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Research and experience working within FAA Part 121, 135, or 145 environments.
  • Proven ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interface across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with M&E systems (e.g., TRAX, AMOS, Ramco, etc.) preferred.
