This position is vital for ensuring all construction project phases meet the stringent standards expected at government facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a robust knowledge of construction standards, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail to oversee the entire construction project lifecycle while maintaining compliance with all safety and quality protocols.

• Implement and oversee the construction quality control program for multiple projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other construction staff to discuss and resolve quality issues.
• Prepare, update, and maintain the project Quality Control Plan.
• Conduct regular inspections and oversee testing of materials and workmanship.
• Document findings and ensure all compliance and regulatory conditions are met.
• Address and rectify any defects or issues identified during inspections promptly.
• Train and lead a team of quality control inspectors.
• Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and relevant documentation.

• Strong familiarity with government compliance standards.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and specifications.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and diagrams.
