Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Salesperson at New Century Real Estate. The Real Estate Salesperson will manage all stages of real estate transactions, including assisting clients with buying, selling, leasing, or renting properties. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, facilitating property negotiations, and guiding clients through the processes of listing and purchasing properties. Additionally, this role will involve collaborating with clients to prepare homes for sale, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications
  • Customer Service skills to build lasting client relationships and provide a high level of assistance throughout the real estate process.
  • A valid Real Estate License or the willingness to obtain one, along with knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property practices.
  • Proficiency in Sales, including negotiation and the ability to close transactions effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a willingness to work independently in a remote capacity.
  • Experience in the real estate, construction, or design industry is a plus.
