• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with resort standards and recipes
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient bar operations during busy periods
• Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends, and resort offerings to provide innovative options to guests

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and alcohol regulations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and provide exceptional guest service
• Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
