Flexible on the hours but this predominantly a day shift position.
** SUMMARY
* * Responsible for the beverage service to Guests, Cocktailers and/or Food Servers in an assigned outlet ensuring efficient and prompt service for guests.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION:
*** Responsible for the mixing and serving alcoholic beverages and/or non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
* Responsible for the mixing and serving beverages in a service station capacity to Beverage Servers in a prompt and efficient manner.
* Responsible for receiving, issuing and keeping necessary records of liquor store and supplies.
* Responsible for balancing sales in compliance with the Cash Handling and Over/Short Policy.
* Maintain a neat and clean bar station on a continual basis.
* Knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and Bartenders’ responsibilities and rights under it.
* Knowledge of all beverage regulations.
* Participate as a team member with all Cocktailers, Casino Utilities, Servers, and Supervisors and any pertinent Grand Casino’s Associates to ensure efficient operational standard.
* Works in Outlets as needed.
** EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE:

*** Previous Bartending experience of one year.
* Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months.
*
