Assistant Store Manager

Overview

The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for engaged, energetic Assistant Store Managers who can lead a team of high‑performing Health Enthusiasts. They will guide customers toward lifelong wellness while developing their own leadership skills in an environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.

• Act as a direct support to the Store Manager and execute daily operations with excellence.
• Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting the team to do the same.
• Recruit and develop top talent.
• Foster external, community relationships that contribute to sales growth.
• Lead with integrity and accountability.
• Encourage continuous education and support company‑driven training initiatives.
• Maintain store upkeep, follow loss‑prevention standards, process receipts in a timely manner, and keep shelves stocked and priced appropriately.
• Perform additional duties as required.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/instruction.
• Desire to work a flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, locations) as required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Retail management experience preferred.

Wage range: $17.00 – $18.75 per hour.
