Overview
The Vitamin Shoppe is looking for engaged, energetic Assistant Store Managers who can lead a team of high‑performing Health Enthusiasts. They will guide customers toward lifelong wellness while developing their own leadership skills in an environment that encourages continuous learning and professional growth.
Responsibilities- Act as a direct support to the Store Manager and execute daily operations with excellence.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales and productivity goals while supporting the team to do the same.
- Recruit and develop top talent.
- Foster external, community relationships that contribute to sales growth.
- Lead with integrity and accountability.
- Encourage continuous education and support company‑driven training initiatives.
- Maintain store upkeep, follow loss‑prevention standards, process receipts in a timely manner, and keep shelves stocked and priced appropriately.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Enthusiastic and able to effectively engage customers and Health Enthusiasts.

- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience/instruction.
- Desire to work a flexible schedule (holidays, weekends, locations) as required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- 3–5 years of retail experience.
- Retail management experience preferred.

CompensationWage range: $17.00 – $18.75 per hour.
