- Category Strategy:
Develop and execute category growth strategies to maximize sales, market share, and profitability with a guest‑centric approach. - Product Assortment Optimization:
Manage product assortment, ensuring the right mix of products to minimize redundancy and maximize sales. - Pricing Strategy:
Establish competitive pricing models for everyday, promotional, and value‑perception pricing. - Merchandising & Placement:
Decide how products are displayed to enhance visibility and increase purchases. - Supplier & Vendor Relationships:
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing, secure exclusive deals, and develop strategic partnerships. - Promotional Planning:
Design and execute marketing and promotional campaigns to drive category growth and brand awareness. - Data & Performance Analysis:
Analyze KPI’s, including sales and guest insights, to make data‑driven decisions and continuously refine the strategy. - Trends & Innovation:
Monitor competitors and emerging trends to identify opportunities and introduce new products and programs. - Collaboration & Execution:
Work with internal marketing and operations teams to ensure effective category execution of high‑impact programs. - Financial Forecasting & Planning:
Manage category budgets and forecasts for sales, profit, inventory, and in‑stocks to deliver on annual performance targets.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, merchandising, or a related field preferred.
- Five years of related experience in category management, merchandising, or retail strategy; grocery experience preferred but not required.
- Strong data analytical skills with experience using Excel or Power BI to make data‑driven decisions.

Pay RangeUSD $82,000.00 – $ per year.
