We’re looking for a hands-on Store Manager to run our retail store, lead our inside sales team, and drive day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Store Team & Daily Execution
- Oversee daily store operations and sales floor activity
- Coach and develop inside sales and retail associates
- Run department L10 meetings and drive accountability
- Assign and prioritize workflow (quotes, orders, follow-up)
- Ensure consistent phone coverage and fast response times
- Own Store Sales & Customer Experience
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Create quotes and sales orders using DDI and AQ
- Follow up with prospects, house accounts, and open opportunities
- Own and drive store & inside sales performance
- Support POS transactions and ensure a smooth checkout experience
- Improve conversion, average order value, and repeat business
- Manage Inventory & Merchandising
- Maintain organized, functional equipment and supply displays
- Maintain vendor tables and relationships
- Ensure store is clean, stocked, and customer-ready
- Own merchandising, product placement, and inventory availability on the sales floor
- Support Outside Sales Growth
- Identify opportunities within store accounts and connect them to outside sales
- Coordinate handoff and support continued account development
- Stay Organized & Drive Accountability
- Monitor open orders, special orders, and service calls
- Log sales activity and maintain CRM updates
- Support sales forecasting and planning
- Oversee house accounts and re-supply processes
- Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, lead-by-example mindset
- Experience in retail, inside sales, or showroom environments
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Experience with ERP/CRM
- Full-time
Monday–Friday with some flexibility based on store needs-no weekends
