This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Store Manager at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse, located in St Cloud, MN. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, develop and motivate a team, achieve sales goals, and ensure top‑notch customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing inventory, analyzing sales reports, executing visual merchandising standards, and implementing operational procedures. The Store Manager will also lead efforts in maintaining store compliance, team development, and fostering a positive store culture that aligns with company values and initiatives.
Qualifications- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and coaching employees.
- Proficiency in retail operations, including inventory management, sales reporting, and loss prevention strategies.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service and enhance the customer experience through engagement and problem solving.
- Experience in visual merchandising and maintaining brand standards in a retail setting.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to motivate and collaborate with teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple aspects of store operations simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale systems, inventory software, and basic computer applications.
- Prior retail management experience is highly preferred, particularly in the footwear or fashion industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is a plus but not required for consideration.
