Travel limits: up to 90 miles from home (average) | Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, weekends not required.

• Respond promptly to field services management, maintaining communication within 24 hours of contact.
• Keep availability updated and accurate.
• Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures, following planograms and client directives.
• Complete necessary forms, surveys, and image uploads for each job.
• Maintain and update displays per planogram/client requests.
• Conduct break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures fully functional.
• Participate in early‑morning installations and in team projects of 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
• Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
• Assist other team members and contribute to collective success.
• Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission and report anomalies daily.
• Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
• Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
• Available for weekend assignments as needed.

Your hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional weekends; some early morning hours or holidays may be required based on store/client requirements.

Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.

• Age: 18 or older.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Availability:
  Monday through Friday, with weekend and holiday availability as needed.
• Early morning and late‑night availability as necessary.
• Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
• Physical abilities: climb ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
• Adaptable to changing tasks and working environments.
• Effective communication via phone, text, and email.
• Use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photos, downloading applications, and internet connectivity.
• Education:
  
  high school diploma or equivalent (required). Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
• Experience:
  
  installation and merchandising experience preferred.
• Tool proficiency: hand and power tools.
• Follow planogram (POG) directives and secondary communication.
• Own an Android or Apple mobile device for data upload.
• Training: complete all training assignments within designated timeframe.
• Transportation: reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. Able to travel up to 90 miles per assignment/shift.
