Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise, resolving issues and concerns, and promoting the company's products and services. Operates hardware such as cash registers and related equipment, processes member purchases, assists in payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges using appropriate procedures for different membership and payment types. Provides pharmacy products and services to members in accordance with company policies by assisting with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies, entering prescription information, filing prescriptions, and completing required documentation.
Receives and stocks merchandise in the pharmacy area, organizes and maintains the pharmacy area, and manages paperwork logs.
Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners. Identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations. Communicates progress and information, determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapts to and learns from change challenges and feedback.
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implementing action plans through the Open Door Policy.

Hourly wage: $23.00–$31.00, plus potential premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
