About the Role

As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” you will engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the store’s success. This entry‑level retail role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities to grow, and on‑the‑job training in selling, customer service, and cashier duties.

Starting Rate: $16.00

Hourly Pay Range: $16.00 – $16.97

• Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice and ensure each shopper leaves with the perfect product.
• Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets and develop skills in product offerings.
• Store Operations: Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds and stay on feet throughout the shift.
• Cashier Duties: Accurately process payments and ensure customers end their visit with a positive experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share details to enhance the customer experience.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
