• Lead and inspire the showroom team to meet and exceed sales management targets.
• Provide ongoing training and development for staff on product knowledge and big‑ticket sales strategies.
• Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing escalated complaints and resolving issues.
• Oversee inventory accuracy and assist with merchandising strategies in the showroom.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities in sales management.
• Foster a positive team environment, encouraging collaboration and communication.

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in sales management, particularly in big‑ticket retail.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Moderate physical demands; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
