Provide customer service and support for Sam’s Club membership and retail transactions, maintain the car wash and gas station areas, and assist with stocking, equipment operation, and inventory management during Saturday to Tuesday morning and midday shifts.

• Communicate and explain membership types, benefits, and credit card programs to current and prospective members.
• Assist members with account decisions, build membership levels, encourage renewals, and promote Sam’s Club products and services.
• Provide customer service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products while maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintain the car wash/gas station area, clean and organize spaces, ensure accurate pricing signage, and handle claims and returns in accordance with company policies.
• Stock and manage inventory from distribution centers and suppliers, organize merchandise and supplies, identify shrink and damages, and keep accurate records and paperwork.
• Operate cash registers and related equipment to process purchases using appropriate procedures for different payment types.
• Operate and maintain gas station and car wash equipment, providing products and services to customers as per company standards.
