Location: Saint Cloud, MN

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $27.00/hr (actual rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage)

Assists members with tire and battery services and sales in the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) at Sam's Club, ensuring safety, compliance, and superior customer experience.

• Maintain safety and standards on the facility and sales floor, conducting safety sweeps and reporting hazards.
• Organize, stock, zone, and merchandise the TBC sales floor, handling claims, returns, shrink, and damages.
• Stock and present merchandise, including pricing, signing, and securing fragile or high‑shrink items.
• Monitor tire and battery order status daily, assist members with installation appointments, and communicate lead‑time changes or cancellations.
• Provide expert member service, recommending products, explaining warranties, and ensuring customers receive the best value.
• Drive sales and service excellence by promoting TBC offerings and collaborating with club associates.
• Triage and prioritize service workflow in the TBC service bays, referencing Sam’s Garage and coordinating with the Team Lead or technicians.
• Apply knowledge of safety protocols, industry guidelines, TPMS, product specifications, point‑of‑sale systems, and selling techniques.
• Use digital tools and handheld devices to enhance operations, make real‑time decisions, and support team members.
• Operate TBC equipment safely, handle merchandise and supplies, and complete required documentation.
• Process member purchases, returns, refunds, and exchanges using cash register procedures for various payment types.
• Follow company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy; recommend improvements and adapt to change.

• Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.

• Auto service industry experience.
• Retail experience.
