Front End Manager

LUNDS & BYERLY ST CLOUD is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Front End Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers!

The position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive salary of $42,000-$56,000 per year.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 5:00am-10:00pm, with Wednesdays and Sundays desired.

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Managing and assisting Front End operations including:
  • Scanning items
  • Entering pricing data
  • Processing payment
  • Packaging groceries
  • Resolving any checkout concerns
• Bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training front‑end staff
• Scheduling front end staff
• Hiring and training front end staff
• Assisting the Operations Manager in other assigned tasks

• Team player – steps in to assist when and where needed
• Respectful – empathetic and appreciative of customers and team
• Innovative – implements trending and forward‑thinking retail solutions
• Hospitable – provides a friendly face and welcoming environment

• Education:
  • Required:
    
    undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience
• Experience:
  • One or more years’ experience in payroll, scheduling, and all aspects of bookkeeping
  • Prior team leadership experience
• Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations
• Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)

The actual rate of pay offered within the range may depend on several factors such as skills, knowledge, expertise, and experience. Our organization also values internal equity when making job offers. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical.
