Retail​/Hospitality Assistant

Bella Vita Salt Spa is seeking a warm, dependable and service-minded Part-Time Retail & Hospitality Associate to support our guest experience, front desk, boutique and daily wellness operations in downtown St. Cloud.

This role includes welcoming and checking in guests, assisting with scheduling and client questions, processing retail and service purchases, maintaining boutique displays, restocking products, preparing and resetting wellness spaces, supporting salt cave, red light therapy and ionic foot bath services as trained, and helping with classes, private parties and special events.

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys helping people feel comfortable and cared for. Retail, hospitality, spa, wellness, front-desk or customer-service experience is preferred, but the right personality, reliability and willingness to learn are especially important.

Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with some evening and weekend availability. Starting pay is $16–$18 per hour depending on experience, with opportunities for growth as Bella Vita expands.
