• Unlimited Earning Potential (Estimated income: $60,000 - $200,000 per year)

• Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and create custom building solutions.
• Guide clients through the entire project—from evaluating site layouts to recommending materials and managing timelines.
• Attend pre‑construction meetings and track progress to ensure a smooth experience for the customer.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of our construction products and services and share that knowledge with your clients.
• Stay organized and detail‑oriented in managing multiple projects at once.

• Sales experience with a passion for helping customers find the perfect solution.
• General knowledge of the construction process (don’t worry, we’ll provide training!).
• Strong communication and organizational skills to keep everything running smoothly.
• Tech‑savvy with laptops, smartphones, and CRM systems.
• A positive attitude and willingness to grow with our team.
