Job Description

GENEX Cooperative is seeking an Occasional Part‑Time Relief in Morrison and Benton County, MN to provide professional and personalized artificial insemination services and breeding program assistance to members and customers. The successful candidate will also sell GENEX semen, services, products, and programs to achieve sales goals and develop new business in the sales area.

This position is 90% dairy emphasis and 10% beef emphasis.

• Provide artificial insemination (AI) services to members and customers.
• Offer breeding program assistance to members and customers.
• Sell GENEX AI services, semen, products, and programs.
• Provide reproductive management expertise to improve reproductive performance in herds.
• Consistently make farm visits with prospects to develop and gain new customers.

• Dairy background with breeding experience and heat detection on large farms preferred.
• Aggressive sales and service orientation, self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Computer skills required; experience with herd management software is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
