Overview
White Cap is hiring immediately for a Counter Sales Associate.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to walk‑in, phone, and will‑call customers.
- Process orders, quote prices, enter orders into the system, and give customers order information.
- Pull orders as required.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty policy information.
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications – provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and help resolve customer problems.
- Upsell related products and add‑on extensions and inform customers of product promotions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
- Experience with sales‑order computer software, preferably Oracle.
- Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
