Route Service Representative Workweek

Position Overview

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Prior to first day of employment, candidates must: have an active driver’s license; be at least 21 years old; obtain a DOT medical certification; provide documentation of previous employment.
• The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• A High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation, self‑motivation, and teamwork drive.
• A positive attitude, ambition, organization, and service spirit.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, based on base salary plus earned commissions. The range reflects factors such as skill set, experience, training, and performance.
