About Breezy BillingAt Breezy Billing, we help behavioral health providers stop losing revenue to claims denials, complex insurance rules, and billing headaches. We are a US-based revenue cycle management (RCM) team built exclusively for mental health practices, therapy clinics, and specialized behavioral health groups. By working directly inside our clients’ existing EHR systems, we boost their revenue by an average of 35% in their first 6 months while freeing providers to focus on care.
The RoleAs Breezy Billing transitions from founder-led sales, we are seeking an ambitious Account Executive to drive our next era of growth. In this role, you will manage full-cycle sales opportunities—blending outbound hunting with nurturing a strong pipeline of inbound leads, including warm prospects from our key industry partnerships (like Simple Practice ).
You will work directly with our leadership team, leverage dedicated sales support, attend key regional and national industry conferences, and guide practice owners through billing consultations to close new accounts. You don't need decades of healthcare sales experience, but you must bring strong core sales instincts, a consultative mindset, and the drive to hit a $500k revenue quota.
What You’ll Do- Balanced Pipeline Generation (Hunter + Farmer): Execute active outbound outreach (phone, email, Linked In) while cultivating and closing warm inbound leads generated through marketing and partner channels.
- Partner & Industry Engagement: Capitalize on key EHR partnerships (such as Simple Practice) and represent Breezy Billing in person at association/practice conferences and trade shows.
- Consultative Selling: Lead initial "Free Billing Consultations" with practice owners and clinic directors to audit their current claim denial rates, cash flow bottlenecks, and administrative overhead.
- Present Value & Close Deals: Educate practice owners on how Breezy Billing integrates directly into their current EHR without operational friction, managing prospects through the funnel to signed contracts.
- CRM Management: Track sales pipeline activity, deal forecasting, and prospect notes accurately within our CRM.
- 2–5 years of B2B sales, business development, or healthcare administration/billing experience. (Prior experience in healthcare, SaaS, or RCM is a plus, but not required).
- Versatile Sales Skillset: Comfortable wearing both the "Hunter" hat (proactive cold outreach and networking) and the "Farmer" hat (nurturing warm inbound interest and partner leads).
- Strong Communicator: Outstanding active listening and phone skills—you are comfortable talking to therapists, psychologists, and clinic managers.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven by clear performance metrics and earning potential tied to a $500k quota target.
- Willing to Travel: Open to occasional travel for industry conferences and networking events.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Hub Spot, Salesforce) and modern communication tools.
- Competitive Earnings: $60,000 base salary + uncapped commission earned as a percentage of first-year client revenue ($90,000 OTE target).
- Sales Support Infrastructure: Dedicated sales support to assist with operational tasks so you can focus on building relationships and closing deals.
- Foundational Growth: Direct access to company leadership as we scale beyond founder-led sales, creating early paths for career advancement.
- Comprehensive Training: In-depth onboarding on behavioral health billing, RCM value drivers, and our sales methodology.
- Benefits: IRA, ICHRA, plus flexible PTO and paid holidays.
