• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and emergency response activities within a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations calmly, document observations, and communicate with site contacts and first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the lobby, office areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and policy violations.
• Support closing and opening activities, assist with alarm‑related responses and after‑hours checks, and maintain accurate logs, reports, and records related to daily operations.

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• Applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
