As an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience through strong communication and customer service. Pay Rate: $20.69 / Hour

• Monday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Tuesday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Saturday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sunday: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to visitors, vendors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail-related location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entrances, exits, loading areas, and perimeter checkpoints.
• Monitor for unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or potential hazards, and report concerns that may help to deter theft, trespassing, and other security-related issues.
• Support opening, closing, and after-hours operations by observing assigned areas, verifying authorized access, and following post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
