Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floors, entrances, receiving areas, parking areas, and the perimeter;
Help to deter unauthorized activity, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence and communicating observed concerns to site contacts;
Monitor access points, observe daily activity, and support orderly operations during opening, closing, deliveries, and/or high-traffic periods
