Maintenance Technician

Overview

If so, the Maintenance Technician at Metes and Bounds is the job for you!

Location:

St Cloud and Foley, Minnesota

Pay: $27 - $30 per hour

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, some weekends as needed, on-call rotation with other properties

• Refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy; provide maintenance services including general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services.

• Use own vehicle to drive to other properties and will be reimbursed for mileage. You will need to provide and use your own basic tools.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic with 1 to 3 years of maintenance experience.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English and have basic computer skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must obtain Boilers license within 90 days of employment. We will pay for the boiler's license exam and study material for you.
