Role and Responsibilities
  • Perform installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve system issues quickly and effectively
  • Communicate with customers to explain service needs, recommend solutions, and ensure satisfaction
  • Calibrate systems to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
  • Replace faulty components and systems following best practices
  • Accurately complete service reports, maintenance logs, and other required documentation
  • Adhere to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies
  • Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and product updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands‑on commercial HVAC/R experience
  • Degree, diploma, or certification in HVAC/R
  • Universal EPA Certification
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
  • Current, valid driver’s license
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration principles
  • Skilled in diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Preferred Skills
  • PLT Licensed or registered unlicensed PLT
  • Experience with HVAC software or mobile apps
  • Strong customer service skills
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Comfortable working in varied environments including commercial sites and outdoors
  • Able to work in tight spaces, on ladders, and at heights
