Position: Bus Pre‑Delivery Inspection Technician
Location: St. Cloud, MN

As a Bus Pre‑Delivery Inspection (PDI) Technician, you will play a crucial role in performing the Pre‑Delivery Inspections on school and commercial buses and making the appropriate repairs to ensure quality and safety.
This position has a wage range of $22 – $26 per hour and is eligible for our Technician Incentive. It will remain posted until filled, with resume review ongoing.
Essential Functions- Inspections & Other Duties: Conduct DOT and pre‑delivery inspections as well as vehicle prep and other tasks as assigned.
- Vehicle Diagnostics & Testing: Perform quality diagnostics, functionality checks, road testing, and service and repair of bus fleets.
- Systems Repairs & Replacements: Repair and replace mechanical, fluid, electrical, and air systems as well as structural components.

- Mechanical, technical, and fabrication skills.
- Electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics knowledge.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Valid Class D Driver’s License.
- 2+ years of related post‑secondary education with 1+ years of related experience.
- 3+ years of related experience in lieu of education.
- Knowledge of diesel, gas, propane, and electric vehicles.
