Border States Paving, Inc., a Fargo, ND based asphalt paving company, is seeking an experienced Assistant Asphalt Plant Operator for the 2026 season. This is a seasonal full-time position with a March–November schedule.
You will assist daily operations of a hot‑mix asphalt plant, perform set‑up/teardown, material handling, lab testing, data entry, and maintenance of plant equipment. A HS diploma and 2 years of maintenance/repair experience are required.
