Directional Drill Locators - MN/WI Travel - Up to $29/hr + Per Diem - MN

Mas Tec Communications Group is seeking Directional Drill Locators to join their team for travel-based work throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. These individuals will play a key role in supporting directional drilling operations for underground conduit and fiber optic cable installation. The ideal candidates are safety-minded, enjoy hands-on problem-solving, and are eager to work in a collaborative, high-quality environment with opportunities for overtime and travel.

• Competitive wages: $26–$29 per hour (based on licenses and experience)

• 1–2 years of directional drill locating experience across various work sites
• Experience with Vermeer or Ditch Witch drills
• Able to read maps, prints, and construction drawings
• Valid Driver’s License with clean record for the last 3 years (CDL highly preferred)
• Willingness to travel Monday–Friday (up to 50% throughout MN/WI)
• Able to work 50+ hours per week, weather dependent

• CDL license (highly preferred)
