Job Description:Shermanis is taking applications for all Crew Laborer positions.
Qualifications:- Previous carpentry experience preferred but we also value the opportunity to teach somebody from the ground up.
- Must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Competitive wages based on experience ($20 - $32 per hour).
