Loader Operator

• Move and load vehicles using a company‑provided front‑end loader or forklift.
• Maintain documentation of vehicle movement around the facility.
• Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and record associated documentation of the assigned machine.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow company guidelines for safe loader operation.
• Utilize a thorough understanding of Copart policy to facilitate the Copart experience, offering solutions to meet customer needs.
• Ensure equipment is maintained according to company standards and customer contracts.
• Operate company equipment safely.
• Assist with maintenance of company equipment and vehicles.
• Record vehicle information accurately and legibly.
• Operate digital camera or other basic vehicle documentation and tracking devices.
• Set up the yard for auctions within company timelines.
• Provide service to customers as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor.
• Follow yard guidelines to maintain a safe working environment, including speed limits.
• Load and unload vehicles as required.
• Pass training and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least two years of work experience, preferably in an outdoor environment.
• One year of loader or forklift experience; certification preferred.
• Excellent customer service attitude and skills.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Positive attitude and high integrity.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Occasional overtime as needed.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Pay: $21.05 – $23.71 per hour.
