The Window Installer role is a full-time, on-site position located in St. Cloud, MN. Day-to-day responsibilities include installing, replacing, and repairing residential windows according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. The role involves measuring openings, preparing work areas, using hand and power tools, and ensuring proper insulation, sealing, and trim work for each installation. Window Installers interact with homeowners on-site, answer basic questions about the work, and maintain a clean, safe job site.

The position also includes loading and unloading materials, following safety procedures, working with a crew, and completing projects within scheduled timelines.

• Experience in window installation or residential construction, including measuring, fitting, and finishing windows and related trim.
• Proficiency with common hand and power tools, and the ability to follow technical instructions and manufacturer guidelines.
• Knowledge of basic carpentry practices, building codes, and job site safety standards.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a professional, customer-focused demeanor on homeowner job sites.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites in St. Cloud and surrounding areas.
• Prior experience in remodeling, siding, doors, or related trades is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and follow company training is essential.
