As a Service Technician, you'll travel to customer locations to install, diagnose, maintain, and repair a wide variety of automotive and shop equipment. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to work with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems while building strong relationships with our customers.

If you're someone who enjoys independence, takes pride in quality work, and likes solving a good challenge, this could be the opportunity for you!

What You'll Do

Install, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of shop equipment, including:

  • 2- and 4-post vehicle hoists

  • Industrial air compressors
  • Pressure washers
  • Waste oil heaters

  • Exhaust systems
  • Other automotive and commercial shop equipment

Use logical troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques to identify the cause of equipment problems and determine the best solution.

Test equipment, make adjustments, and verify proper operation after repairs.

Inspect and operate equipment prior to delivery when possible to help ensure it is ready for the customer.

Stay current on new equipment, technology, and service techniques through ongoing training and education.

Accurately document and report completed service work in a timely manner.

Work independently in the field while managing priorities and maintaining a high level of service.

Represent BENCO Equipment professionally and provide a positive customer experience on every service call.

Follow all company safety procedures and maintain safe working practices.

What We're Looking For
