As an HVAC Apprentice, you start your day working alongside skilled HVAC and plumbing technicians. Whether you're assisting with installing new heating and cooling systems or helping fix a plumbing issue in a residential home, you're learning the ins and outs of the trade. In this apprenticeship, your day is filled with hands‑on tasks, from preparing tools and materials to troubleshooting problems, ensuring every job gets done efficiently and professionally.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Residence within a 15-minute commute of our St. Cloud, MN shop
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and handle the physical aspects of the job
