As we continue to expand across the Midwest, our fleet plays a critical role in keeping our stores supplied and our business moving and our Diesel Mechanics are essential to making that happen.

As a Diesel Mechanic
, you'll be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing our trucks and fleet equipment to help ensure they remain safe, reliable, compliant, and ready for the road. Your expertise and attention to detail will directly support our continued growth and the stores and communities we serve.

We're looking for a hands-on mechanic who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality workmanship, and understands the importance of keeping diesel equipment operating at its best. • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on diesel-powered trucks and fleet equipment
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Complete inspections to ensure DOT compliance and safety standards
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Work closely with team members to prioritize repairs and minimize downtime
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Full-time, on-site position based in St. Cloud, MN
• Flexible shifts including mornings, afternoons, or evenings
• Indoor shop environment with hands-on mechanical work

• Associate's degree (A.A.) from two-year college or technical college is preferred.
• 4+ related experience and/or training.
• Class A CDL required, or willingness to obtain

• Valid Class A CDL Drivers license and acceptable driving record per company policy
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical examiner certificate.
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screen and safety background check.
• Ability to qualify for power equipment certification;
