Experienced Residential Management Technician

There is an opportunity for a highly qualified residential maintenance technician in St Cloud.

• Execute a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks, including advanced plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, wall and trim repair, appliance maintenance, and general building maintenance.
• Conduct routine and preventative inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
• Respond to maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all work is completed to high standards and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and expenses.
• Communicate escalated maintenance issues to management.

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Physical agility to navigate stairs, ladders, and outdoor environments
• Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling tools and equipment
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability twist at shoulders and waist
• Ability to reach overhead
• Ability to crouch low
• Ability to work in confined spaces.

Three plus years of residential maintenance experience

Three to five years of experience in new construction, renovation and or maintenance in residential properties.
