Avivo Village Central Minnesota is launching an overnight team to support residents, staff, and operations in a trauma-informed, housing-first framework.
As the Overnight Team Lead (Thu-Sun, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM), you will lead Resident Advocates, respond to crises, and ensure safe, welcoming services across the 24/7 program.
This 32-hour weekly model offers full-time pay and benefits, with opportunities to coach staff, strengthen services, and advance housing stability.
