Ampersand Therapy is hiring a part-time School Social Worker for the  school year in the Champlin, MN area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• Provide school social worker services in the school setting
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

• Master’s Degree in School Social Work
• Active Minnesota School Social Worker License through PELSB
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred but not required
