St. Croix Hospice is seeking a compassionate Hospice Aide (CNA) to join our care team in Saint Cloud, MN. You will provide direct patient care in home settings, supporting daily activities, comfort, and quality of life under RN supervision.
You will document care, assist with mobility and hygiene, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet each patient’s plan of care. A valid CNA license and clean driving record are required.
