Senior Research Engineer

Responsibilities

• Apply modern software development practices throughout the entire software development lifecycle
• Create large scale data processing pipelines for machine learning algorithms
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Deliver timely solutions with a strong sense of urgency
• Contribute innovative ideas and solutions, accountable for end-to-end deliveries
• Engage and communicate effectively with cross‑functional partners

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Related Field, or Equivalent Experience
• At least 5 years software engineering experience
• At least 2 years working on a Machine Learning related product or solution
• A deep understanding of Python software development stacks and ecosystems
• Ability to write clean, reusable, maintainable and well‑tested code
• Experience collaborating with applied data scientists to translate research work in production ready solutions
• Experience with cloud computing development
• Experience with Agile Methodologies
• Experience implementing CI/CD, Dev Ops, and SDLC concepts in application delivery
• Exposure to Natural Language Processing (NLP) problems

Demonstrates expertise in Python software development, machine learning solutions, and cloud computing, while effectively collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative and production‑ready applications. Proficient in Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices to ensure timely and high-quality software delivery.
