Customs Compliance Coordinator

At Anderson Trucking Service, we move freight with integrity — and we depend on talented professionals to ensure our operations run smoothly across every mile. As a Customs Compliance Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in helping our drivers cross the U.S.

-Canada border safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliant border crossings by accurately reviewing and submitting customs documentation.
• Monitor daily shipments, audit records, and resolve documentation issues quickly and professionally.
• Track border crossing progress and proactively address potential compliance concerns.
• Support drivers and internal teams with customs procedures, credentialing, and process training.
• Provide occasional after-hours support when border-related issues arise.

• A high school diploma (required) and 2+ years of administrative experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office systems.
• A positive, team-oriented approach with the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to confidentiality, customer service, and continuous improvement.

The anticipated hourly pay range for this position is between $22.50 - $25.00. Hourly pay rate offered is determined by relevant experience, education, certifications, and geographic location as compared to others doing substantially similar work. In addition to the hourly rate of pay, employees may be eligible for performance-based incentives, which can vary depending on individual and/or company performance.
